Typically, to qualify as a Korean Customer Service Representative you need to have:
Completed at least High School
Fluency in Korean (as Native Speaker)
Basic English Communication Skills
Strong familiarity with the internet and MS Office Applications
General administrative experience
Previous experience in the automotive or call center industry is a plus, but it's not really a requirement
What you might be doing on a typical day:
Provide high quality customer care and strive for excellent customer service and resolution of customers' enquiry
Assist in client's development of strategic business plans
Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back
