Typically, to qualify as a Korean Customer Service Representative you need to have:
• Completed at least High School
• Fluency in Korean (as Native Speaker)
• Basic English Communication Skills
• Strong familiarity with the internet and MS Office Applications
• General administrative experience
• Previous experience in the automotive or call center industry is a plus, but it's not really a requirement
What you might be doing on a typical day:
• Provide high quality customer care and strive for excellent customer service and resolution of customers' enquiry
• Assist in client's development of strategic business plans
• Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back
