•Filipino proficient in Korean and English language
•Confident in speaking, reading and writing Korean language
•At least high school graduate
•Must have customer service experience in related industry
•Willing to work in Taguig City
•Can start working asap
Job Duties:
• Provide excellent and quality support to Asia, Europe and North America Korean customers
• Assist in processing orders and returns of the products
• Provide technical support with the customers inquiries and concerns
• Help customers with information about the products and services
• Ensure compliance to customer Data Privacy and Security Policy
