• Korean National proficient in English with permanent visa
• Finished at least 2 years in college
• With customer service experience is required
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong City

Job Duties:
• Answer incoming calls from foreign clients and provide assistance in compliance of company policies and standards
• Ensure to provide accurate solutions and carefully assist in technical problems may occur
• Maintain to provide excellent customer service to customers
• Identify and escalate issues appropriately
• First point of contact in handling inquiries and concerns
