Handle calls and emails from VIP Native Korean customers regarding lifestyle and personal management.
Main responsibility is to assist VIP clients through email, chats and calls in booking flights, jet, concerts,
Ensure to provide friendly and hospitable services in a timely manner.
Build sustainable relationship with the clients.
Responsible in delivering efficient and effective services.

1. Initial Interview - Filipino HR
2. Language Assessment - Korean HR
3. Typing Exam - In English and Korean language
