Responsibilities:
• Provides assistance with clients' concerns and inquiries and address it in a timely manner.
• Proper escalation of client's concerns and queries.
• Presents products to the client's and ensure to increase the sales revenue.
• Build sustainable relationship to clients
• Translation of documents to deliver accurate information to customers.
