Description
Required to support the Client's Korea Sites for Request and Work Order Management,
Planned Maintenance Assignment
Scheduling and other Command Center support needed by the country sites.
Take calls and answer emails from end-users. Create a request ticket with Maximo or D365 as necessary
Monitor Service Request Portal and create as a ticket in Maximo or D365
Monitor Work Order about to Breach
Schedule and assign PM Work Orders
Create Dashboards
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Korean language.
Able to understand and converse in English
Computer literate (skills in MS Office and Any CRM Tool)
Motivation to work within a team environment.
Keen attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute a diverse workload in a high-pressure environment.

Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
