Description * The Customer Support Representative position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services for HOTEL RESERVATION.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With customer service work experience before is an advantage
- Expro/Lateral/Fresher is ok
- must be willing to work on shifting schedule
- currently employed is okay but we prefer someone who can start ASAP
- Native Koreans only, Born and raised in Korea
- must hold a valid visa: tourist, permanent (SRRV), TRV, investors, resident
