1. Develop a centralized and robust knowledge management framework and strategy to capture and distribute IT knowledge and services
2. Ensure maximum dissemination, circulation, and easy accessibility of knowledge materials through traditional and digital media channels
3. Collaborate with the ITD's stakeholders and knowledge owners/producers (Indra, eCopy, Project Teams, L3, and subject matter experts) for a more streamlined strategy on managing IT knowledge
a. Work with knowledge owners/producers to improve quality and usability of knowledge materials and products
b. Work with end-user services team/s to accelerate knowledge transfer
Requirements
1. Must have a client-oriented attitude and relevant experience in working within multicultural environments
2. Must have an exceptional ability to plan, lead, and spearhead organization-wide process improvement efforts, particularly IT-based projects or initiatives and with minimal supervision
3. Must have a profound understanding of knowledge management strategies
4. Must have relevant experience in marketing, communications, and public relations
5. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
