A. Write, edit, index or revise a variety of technical knowledge base output such as articles, reports, and other documentation
B. Partner with other teams such as Support, Training, Delivery Teams, Operations and other teams to understand and respond to customer documentation needs
C. Checks are written material to accurate errors in grammar, spelling, usage, and style
D. Follow processes and protocols adhered to by Lead management team/s

B. Education
a. Bachelor's degree in any reputable institution; Journalism, Mass Communications, IT, or Engineering related course is a plus
C. Relevant experience
a. At least 3 years of Technical Writing experience
b. Technical Support experience in a BPO setting is preferred
c. Experience writing web content for audiences ranging from beginners to sophisticated end-users
d. Experience inactivity or project planning, development, and implementation
e. Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Suite is a requirement; Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is a plus
f. Familiarity with Video Editing Software (Adobe Premiere) a strong advantage but not required
D. Work Schedule/Environment
a. Amenable to work schedule of 12 am to 9 am, Tuesdays through Saturday-may include holidays, weekends and may require overtime
