Job Description
Can do Implementation of the operation standard, supervising crew working in his shift and monitor their performance.
Can Supervise the performance of the team members on daily basis to maintained brand standard , guest experience and food safety.
Can do Participating in the team members training and development in order to enhance their performance, Food Safety, Inventory management, Cash Management.
Can comply with all process and procedures in operations and compliance with company internal regulations and rules of the KSA labour law.
Can Performs other duties as required by the restaurant manager.
Can Spread teamwork and customer mania spirit among the team. and ensuring that team members are following safety and security procedures.
Ensure that preventive maintenance procedures are in place and coordinate with maintenance department in case of emergencies.
Coordinate with the restaurant management in receiving raw materials,setting the labor scheduling,handling cost control.,participating in handling customer compliant.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
