Delivers quality food (clean and delicious), organize and cleans his/her area, assist co-workers and back-up product for operation.
Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organized at all times.
Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
Assist the cooks and servers as and when necessary.
Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order.
Assist in serving food and beverage to the guests.
Assist in light food preparation as directed by cook on duty.
Clean sanitize and close work stations.
Wash, wipe, sort, stock and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner.
Monitor enough quantity of stocks to be served and prepare list of purchase.
