Job Overview
The Kitchen Helper cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment, assists in basic food preparation, and with receiving and storing products in kitchens.
Job description
Maintain a clean kitchen, properly wash and sort soiled dishes, and prep food as needed. Keep dish area free of clutter and organized.
Set up dish stations including sinks.
Maintain clean and dry floors throughout the shift.
Properly wash, stack, and store chinaware, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
Assist in the timely storing of food deliveries.
Maintain trash bins throughout shift and remove full trashcans boxes at the end of each shift.
Maintain the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.
Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as pots, pans, stove top, and etc.
Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
Assist in food prep and any other duties set forth and/or requested by the Head Chef as needed.
Job Overview
High school Graduate/Vocational Course
With Chinese cuisine experience is a plus
Willing to be assigned in Quezon City, Makati, and Binondo, Manila
