KEY ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST in Makati
-Responsible in overseeing client accounts, maintaining reports, and monitoring solution strategies.
-Resolves complaints by investigating issues and composing responses; referring non-standard complains and potential lawsuits to legal or -government affairs departments.
-Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
-Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Requirements:
Degree in Business or similar.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Good organizational skills.
Problem-solving skills.
A proactive attitude.
At least 6 months working experience as Key Account Specialist in Healthcare industry
