MAIN PURPOSE:
To deliver penetration, sales, growth and market share objectives in the assigned hospitals.
To improve and maintain the relationship with the key stakeholders of assigned hospitals.
MAIN RESPONSBILITIES:
Achieves sales target and penetration objectives in the assigned territory
Formulates and executes a monthly sales forecast, addressing situational hospital conditions through sound strategic & tactical programs that have a clear-cut volume gain aligned with the targets
Guarantees product availability for all tenders and contracts in coordination with the Channel Manager.
Directly handles Hospital Account Management function for the assigned Key Accounts, and visit those Key Accounts periodically (as agreed with the Hospital Manager)
Conducts BR with the "Critical Few" Key Accounts (Pareto Principle 80:20)
Executes hospital programs and initiatives that strengthen hospital presence of NHS brands and relationship with key contacts.
Maintain and improve the relationship of NHS to the assigned hospitals' key stakeholders
Fully accomplishes and submits all standard and special reports on time. * Documents all major business transactions, negotiations, agreements and decisions that has transpired in the assigned territory; and ensures that a database is maintained.
Maintains an updated Hospital Tracking that captures the profile and historical facts of the accounts in the assigned territory.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Should have at least 5 years of experience in Hospital Key Account Management
Has a proven track record in hitting and/or exceeding sales and penetration targets.
Has good stakeholder management skills and able to communicate strategically
Mobile and amenable to work in various areas.
