QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- With experience in Sales preferably gained from Construction Materials Industry, FMCG, or Real Estate.
- Must be proficient on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- With exceptional communication skills.
- Has persuasive ability and must have good decision making skills.
- With planning and organizing skills and is good in problem-analysis and problem solving.
- With pleasing personality.
- Candidate must be willing to travel and do field work.
- Home based is located in Cebu City.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Tap and open new clients specifically developers and contractors
- Responsible in achieving sales goals set by the Management.
- Maintain high level of product and customer knowledge.
- Create rapport and good relationship with handled clients.
