Coordinates government biddings and manages all aspects of preparing proposal requests and ensuring quality, compelling bids are submitted in a timely manner
Reviews all customer requirements and collaborates with involved parties to include all necessary information within the proposals
Maintains and updates the database regularly
Acts as a coach for leading sales staff such as MSRs, Sales Coordinators, Purchasing Staff, etc.
Regularly communicates with customers/end users
Negotiates with potential and current clients on behalf of their company to secure deals and implements pricing agreements between vendor and customer
Must have experience as a Medical Key Account Specialist or similar role
Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and latest medical issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent teamwork and networking skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Ability to travel frequently
Strong negotiation and sales skills
