We are hiring a Key Account Manager reporting to the country manager. He or She will be responsible for driving the growth of our Logitech business. In the role of Key Account Manager you will primarily be identifying opportunities of assigned Accounts and driving their business, managing marketing & sales activities with channel partners and driving commercial aspects for all relevant product categories in order to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
To be successful, you must be an experienced sales professional in key account management & channel development predominantly in the IT market.

In this role your key responsibilities will be to develop:
● Top Corporate & Public Sector Accounts
● B2B channel business ( Enterprise & SMB)
● Annual & Quarterly plan for our products mainly related to Personal Workspaces GBU
The Role Responsibilities:
● Meet sell out goals for given accounts in a quarterly-driven environment.
● Develop & execute a B2B country business plan with all relevant figures and activities
● Design & execute a strategy to tap the full potential of enterprise customers.
● Up & Cross sell in Corporate Accounts & penetrate specific Verticals ( Education, Healthcare)
● Introduce new product categories and drive growth sales Initiatives to current & new channels.
● Lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial
targets, and critical milestones
● Develop and drive the demand generation & marketing plans with input from Category Managers
● Set up regular product training for all relevant external stakeholders.
● Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly GTM & Account forecast
● Collaborate with stakeholders for in country inventory & supply chain management
● Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management
resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
● At least 8 years of sales experience in IT/Consumer Electronic with min 3 years in selling B2B/Enterprise
● Possess a deep understanding of how to deal with B2B channel partners (SIs, VARs) and has established relationships in relevant market
● Experience of working with government organizations & large corporations with an established C-Level networking of ITDMs & Procurement
● Hands-on mentality and able to manage the entire sales cycle.
● Self-motivated, results driven with experience in multicultural environment
● Excel in collaboration and relationship building skills.
● Influential communicator and great presentation skills.
● Ability to drive and coordinate projects
● Strong financial acumen
● The role requires travel within the country/region ( % )
Education:
● Bachelor degree and above preferably in sales, business development and marketing
● Fluency in English, written and spoken is mandatory
