Job Description
The Customer Success Executive is responsible for properly overseeing the production of comprehensive and verified reports on job applicants endorsed by clients for pre-employment screening, background checking on individuals, and case-to-case corporate reports for credit or other legitimate client purposes.
Client Point-of-Contact (POC)
Coordinates with the Verifiers/External Report Specialists - for the verified results for Character, Residence, Employment & Education (CREED) and other segments needing confirmation, clarification on orders - business protocols, methodology/requirements, and report follow up
Monitors Ticket Journey & Reporting Submission
Lead and Participates in Team Meetings called by Operations, Clients, Vendors, and other support units.
Clarifies vendor issues; billing validation of partners, and dispute handling, among others

Qualifications
Graduate of any 4-year course/degree.
1-year relevant experience in the same capacity preferably from a BPO and customer service oriented industry
Knowledgeable in data/information gathering, verification and matching of data/information, related fieldwork and report writing/preparation.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Keen attention to detail.
Solid commitment to customers.
Comprehensive reporting preparation experience.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and exhibit multi-tasking skills.
Must exhibit proactive qualities.
Computer proficiency is required for the following software programs such as but not limited to Email, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
