We are looking for a highly energized and passionate individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager in Sandoz Philippines where you'll, and help continue drive availability and visibility of our products in our Retail OR HIG accounts, in our mission to reimagine medicine.
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Drive sales, promotion and development in the designated accounts across Retail or HIG channels to reach commercial goals
Develop and execute the customer development strategy, account objectives and dedicated KAM action plans for assigned accounts
Develop an effective sales team through training, coaching or management of key commercial programmes
Lead the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans and to give strategic input in terms of analysis, future potential and key programs required for the accounts
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders within retail or HIG accounts, develop a deep understanding of customer challenges with respect to patients
Responsible for driving the sales operations plan and for achieving sales and key performance targets for Sandoz Philippines
Minimum requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
At least 4 years' experience in key account management or similar within multinational companies
Experience in Sales in Healthcare / Pharma / related business is preferred
Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix environment
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Possess a strong sense of commercial acumen and awareness
Able to understand changing dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry
Proficient in English and Tagalog
