Description:
To execute key account strategies, sales and marketing plans, promotional strategies and projects of assigned products in identified key accounts within the assigned territory.
Achieve the highest level of customer experience through innovative solutions and expertise that are based on deep customer insights.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement key account customer business plans, marketing programs and initiatives.
Conduct sales negotiations, booking, and follow-up.
Identify business opportunities and customer needs for existing and new key accounts.
Monitor product move out and submit sound rolling sales forecast.
Manage and update key account profile.
Utilizes CRM tool and supporting analysis to plan activity, report and monitor samples, and maintain account.
Monitors local market conditions for changes that impacts business.
Identify customer needs and make proposals for solutions that leads to maximum market penetration and optimal key account intimacy.
Provide value added activities and solutions to key accounts.
Collaborate with marketing and technical team on the development and implementation of key account specific marketing strategies and technical needs.
Interaction and developing key relationship across the KA organization, especially key decision makers.
Job Expertise:
Strategic account management and facilitating account collaboration and alignment.
Requirements:
College Degree. Degree in Veterinary Medicine and/or Animal Science, an advantage.
At least 2 to 3 years experience in the Key Account Management in an animal industry in a multinational company is preferred or animal nutrition or animal genetics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, responsible, and flexible.
Demonstration of the AAI behaviors.
