Create, oversee, ensure proper implementation and evaluate processes and results of Talent Recruitment.
Support creation, development and streamlining of Talent recruitment process; This includes specific criteria for platforms, templates, deliberation agenda and panel selection.
Ensure continuous pipeline of talent applicants for various platforms via online announcements, postings, social media groups and on-ground events.
Create and implement targeted recruitment/ acquisition strategies
Oversee smooth operations (from pre-actual-post) of on-ground recruitment initiatives. May include establishing and manning booths in conventions or live events.
Create, implement and oversee strategies and process of New Talent. This includes facilitating contracts, conducting orientations, mid and final talent performance evaluations and interventions.
Deliver continuous Recruitment cycle activities: (Mass and mini recruitment events, Team meetings, Team reports.
Pro-actively update Head of Talent Recruitment activities, results, concerns and solutions.
Perform Adhoc tasks related as Role
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Experience working with talent, online creators
Excellent pitching abilities.
Entertainment industry knowledge.
Ability to network and maintain professional relationships.
Strong marketing knowledge.
