JOB DESCRIPTION
Support Ariba implementation in APAC
Support PO ratio improvement project by helping vendors (< $25K spend) in different countries to be registered in Ariba, helping stakeholder with Ariba PR
Support other process related projects, like Schedule PO implementation in APAC
Work with vendors and GOC to help to solve payment issues
Data preparation (downloading from SAP) or info. collecting from sites to support Strategic Sourcing Team
Monitoring the change of FEL status for capital projects in Kuantan and Yeosu, assist in issuing bidding package, receiving and center filling bidding submissions for team evaluation
Be trained on SAC basic, assist in On Time Delivery Project
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 1 year of experience in sourcing, quality, production, supply chain, or commercial experience in a chemical or related industrial environment
Knowledgeable in PR to PO conversion
Working knowledge in SAP and Ariba
Good communication skills
Pro-active with passion and ability to work under pressure
Microsoft skills
