Create specifications, identify business rules for new features or improvement of already existing features of the platform (both web and mobile).
Respond and coordinate resolution to operations requests or issues raised by JP team.
Provide requested reports on platform usage as needed.
Assist Senior SA in building, organizing, and tracking specifications documents.
Participate in testing as needed.
Review test cases as needed.
