Job Description
Responsible for managing our server and network infrastructures.. SysAd is responsible for monitoring system performance and configuring new software and hardware. The Administrator should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems. The administrator will ensure our software, hardware, servers and networks run smoothly.
Perform daily system monitoring & operations, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes.
Configure internal systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues of corporate systems
Upgrade the network infrastructure
Install servers, devices and firewalls
Train new system users and set up their accounts
Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications
Update technical documentation
Create, change, and delete user accounts per request on servers and system. Track and update administrative tools and utilities.
Configure / add new services as necessary develops and reviews control instructions and documentation
Troubleshoots hardware, software, or performance problems on the systems network, server, and other digital assets.
Serves as contact person for user-reported problems and compiles reports on system performance and/or usage Installs and modifies hardware/software products for systems as required.
Verifies, tracks, and resolves user and/or system problems.
System administration activities may include but are not limited to: system installation, configuration, integration, maintenance, performance management, data management, security management, failure analysis and recovery, and user support.
Qualifications
Required Competencies:
Must be knowledgeable in Windows and Linux Platforms
Working knowledge for SQL Databases and IIS Web Servers
Demonstrable understanding of AWS Services

Willingness to learn new systems and concepts
Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical abilities in reviewing, diagnosing, and resolving server issues.

Work Schedule (Nightshift)
Monday to Friday (9PM - 6AM; Manila Time)
Location (Hybrid Setup)
Hired staff is expected to report in the office at least twice/month (the rest of the working days are WFH)
Office is located in Eastwood, Libis
Equipment will be provided by the company
