THE POSITION
The Employee Central Specialist is responsible for back-end processes around employee on-boarding, hiring, general employee data administration, employee termination, etc. The role will cover the whole scope of the employee life-cycle.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Execute and run back-end processes around employee on-boarding, hiring, general employee data administration, employee termination, etc. Adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs.
Accountable for the execution of all related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements.
Consultation and creation for all types of contractual documents for internal and external personnel measurements (e.g. New Hires (national/international), Transfers, Contract Extensions, Part Time Work) taken into consideration the country-specific regulations and the respective legal entity company agreement. If required initiation of works council agreement approvals.
Works independently with situational supervision
Handle special projects and reports for the supported countries under the supervision of the Regional Head of Employee Central
Handles end to end transactions involving employee life cycle
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in handling US or Canada clients
Ideally work experience in different HR roles
Strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Amenable to work in the night shift
