JUNIOR SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
 
The Junior Social Media Specialist is responsible in playing a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our clients' social media presence. Your responsibilities will include crafting engaging content, adhering to brand guidelines, and ensuring consistent updates across various platforms. You'll collaborate with team members and contribute to the success of our global social media strategy.
 
Job Responsibilities
Daily monitoring and upkeep of clients' social media channels in accordance with provided guidelines
Curate and schedule original, high-quality content across specific social media platforms
Ensure the quality and consistency of posts across desktop and mobile devices
Utilize reporting platforms (e.g., Jira, Zeus Core) to track tasks and generate insightful reports
Collaborate with cross-functional team members at different levels within the organization
Stay informed about developments in the social media landscape to maximize efficiency
Create and maintain process documentation for streamlined workflows
Participate in training sessions, daily calls, and monthly meetings as scheduled
Provide on-call coverage, including addressing specific requests and advertisements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Journalism, Broadcasting, or related fields
Proficient in using various Social Media platforms
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
Meticulous attention to detail and consistent approach to tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability to remote social media management and other responsibilities
Strong time management skills, adept at prioritization and meeting deadlines
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a distributed/remote and collaborative global team setting
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Dedicated to ensuring high-quality team output
Nice to have
Experience using JIRA and Confluence for task management
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in email communication
Passion for data analysis and performance optimization
Work set-up and working hours:
Shifting schedule: 12:00AM-9:00AM/8:00AM-5:00PM/4:00PM-1:00AM
