SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist in monitoring accomplishments and expenses, scheduling of materials to be delivered on-site, and transfer of equipment.
2. Inspect work sites, monitor project budget, and check project plans and drawings to verify the authenticity of office plans.
3. Prepares requisition slip for materials request as per Project-in-Charge's info.
4. Prepares daily time records of equipment used on the site.
5. Archiving all engineering files, both electronic and hard copies.
6. Ensures all submitted invoices are processed properly.
7. In charge of petty cash and preparing liquidation.
8. Monitor PPE issuance to workers.
9. Prepares Daily Activity Reports based on Site Engineer's information.
10. Prepares Project Update when needed.
11. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, preferably a board passer.
2. With or without experience.
3. Good understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
4. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
5. Familiarity with construction/ project management software/good knowledge of MS Office
6. Above-average communication skills
7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
8. A team player with potential for a leadership role.
