Grails and Build Corp. (GAB Corp) is currently looking for a Jr. Site Architect which will be responsible in providing project design and calculation support to residential projects in Metro Manila. Responsibilities
As a Jr. Site Architect:
You will have regular contact with customers and the sales organization as a problem solver and discussion partner.
You work with the sales team to produce AutoCAD drawings during the proposal stage of construction projects and finalize the drawings to be used for actual jobsites.
You prepare specifications and calculations for static quotes and deliveries.
You ensure that work is on schedule and lead the design and improvement of robust solutions to technical challenges, motivating cross-functional workers to deliver.
Any other official duties as may be assigned by the Management.
Qualifications
What you need to qualify for the job:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architecture or equivalent education.
Minimum 1 year of field experience.
Outstanding skills in AutoCAD 2D, skills in AutoCAD 3D, Revit & Lumion are an advantage.
Well developed analytical skills and technical proficiency.
Excellent proficiency in English.
Strong communication skills with concise and clarity to multiple stakeholder (e.g. clients).

Additional Information
This position will be based in Metro Manila project sites.
The office location is in Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
