Being on top of assigned projects from start to finish
Editing, uploading and testing online surveys and/or mystery shopping questionnaires
Preparing all requirements for project fieldwork
Monitoring responses during fieldwork
Analyzing market research data in statistical tools like SPSS and other tools as per standard procedure
Presenting data in charts & tables and preparing report drafts
Expiring surveys and preparing archive files during project closure
Amenable to work on either morning or mid-shift schedule.
Degree in Social Science, Communication Research, Research Studies, or Statistics
Fresh graduates are prioritised but will give equal chance to those with prior experience
Master in the use of the following software / programs:
Statistical tools like SPSS
MS Office particularly Excel and Powerpoint
Good command in both oral and written English
Skill in multi-tasking and time management as well as attention to detail
Able to learn many different internal systems quickly
Able to work well under pressure, both independently and as a team
Able to think proactively and come up with solutions and ideas
