Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
1. Preparation of cost feasibilities, budgetary estimates, cost planning, and Schedule of Rates all in accordance with relevant standards.
2. Undertake cost analysis for repair, maintenance and new development project.
3. Prepare and administer procurement advice, tenders and tender reviews.
4. Prepare various contract forms to both consultant and contractors.
5. Prepare and administer Interim valuations, Contractors' claims and settlement of Final Accounts.
6. Provide clear, timely and accurate information, advice and reports to Immediate Superior.
7. Ensure deadlines are actively managed and progress is reported to supervisors as required.
8. Carry out site visits/inspections.
9. Work across a number of different projects where applicable.
10. Assist the Senior QS and perform other quantity surveying work assignments.
