Reporting to: Lead Digital Specialist
 
JUNIOR QA SPECIALIST
 
The Junior QA Specialist is responsible for conducting website audits using predefined checklists and guidelines to ensure adherence to client standards. 
 
Job Responsibilities:
Execute website testing on both mobile phones and desktop computers, focusing on SEO and generic items
Generate reports and utilize bug reporting platforms (e.g. JIRA)
Actively participate in trainings, daily calls, and monthly meetings set by the team lead or counterparts
Qualifications:
A graduate of Information Technology or other related courses
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Can perform manual or basic QA
Willing to handle repetitive tasks such as audits and QA
Knowledge of responsive and e-commerce websites
Basic understanding of SEO testing
Good communication skills
Detail-Oriented
Nice to Have:
Experience with JIRA or other related tools 
Experience with basic website design or responsiveness
Work set-up and working hours:
Shifting schedule: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM PHT (Mondays to Fridays)
