Job Summary
Junior QA Automation engineer work collaboratively with other groups to ensure the quality of the software prior release. They are familiar with automation tools and experience developing automation scripts. This position reports to Software QA Lead
Responsibilities
Requirement analysis, test script creation (manual and automation script), test execution, tracking of defects and reporting of results.
Executing automated script such as Selenium, Appium or other open source automation tools.
Works on automated testing infrastructure to increase efficiency within the quality assurance process.
Assist in training of other QA Engineers on automation standards and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
A minimum of 1 year experience in Software Automation testing.
Experience in performance testing using JMeter.
Experience in API test automation.
Solid understanding of Agile development.
Able to write SQL queries.
Mobile Automation experience on iOS/Android is a plus.
