Qualification Standards
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/college Degree, Computer Science, Information Technology, Civil Engineering
Required Skills: Project Management, Risk management, Cost control, Negotiation skills, People Management, Process Improvement, Performance Management, Customer Relationship Management, familiarity with Systems Integration, well versed in project management tools specifically MS project, Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in project management focusing on IT Projects
Having formal project management training is an advantage
Job Scope
End-to-end project management and ownership of the entire Project Management Life Cycle
Perform Project Management based on enterprise PMO standards
Manages the overall project performance
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements of the client
Provides management oversight for all phases of the project, including coordinating with workers, subcontractors, materials, and equipment, ensuring that work is proceeding with quality, on schedule, and within budget
Manages and analyzes project budget and expenses
Review contracts and vendor proposals based on the requirement of the project
Generates and issues regular internal and external project reporting
Proactively identifies changes in project scope and ensures appropriate measures are taken and process change requests as necessary
Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, and resource utilization
Ensures project documents are complete, updated, and stored appropriately
Prepares and submits necessary reports and documents required by the management and client
Communicates all aspect of the project across all key stakeholders to ensures consistency and clarity throughout the project life cycle
Performs other job-related duties as needed
