QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate OF Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any engineering course or equivalent
2. At least 3 years work related experience in construction is an advantage
3. Experience in actual site supervision in construction is an advantage
4. Experience in handling crew/construction workers such as installers, helpers, with good leadership is an advantage
5. Good communication skills and can coordinate effectively
6. Can work efficiently with minimal supervision
7. Can deliver result fast and accurate.
8. Resourceful, creative and flexible.
Job Desciptions:
Project Supervision:
1. Direct supervision of the project to ensure satisfactory compliance to contract requirement, plans and specifications and other related documents.
2. Schedules, monitor and update daily accomplishment report with Project Manager to meet projected deadline or project completion
3. Coordinate and enforce daily activities to installers, team leaders, etc.
4. Settle minor issues among workers and imposed safety rules and regulations
5. Evaluate the conduct and work performance of each member and submit proper recommendation thereafter
6. Direct and coordinate installation, documentation, testing activities to ensure compliance with specification
Documentation
1. Prepare and submit daily , weekly and monthly accomplishment reports of the projects submit to Project Manager
2. Compose letters, field instructions and other correspondences that will be needed in coordination with the Project Manager
3. Document all site instructions with the clients through paper and signature of both parties
4. Prepare and monitor attendance of each workers
5. Prepare and monitor all tools needed
6. Report all tools whether defective or missing,

1. Attend meeting.
