Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to Distributors in exporting sales transactions and stock requests encoded thru Mybuddy application to Syspro Server
Reduce the amount of time consumed and remove manual encoding of sales transaction in syspro
Used to sync Reason Codes, stocktake and Customer Longlat from mybuddy database to Queuing database
Monitor the movements (dispatched, transferred in, transferred out/disposed) of POS Materials currently in Distributor warehouse
Creates reports in every transaction made in the application
Shows the total quantity and amount of POS materials currently in warehouse and already dispatched
Dispatch POS materials by categories (Customer, salesman and Agency/Merchandiser)
Update existing application according to requirements needed then test for possible error before deployment
Create new application needed in support for Distributor process(Queuing Web Dashboard on hold)
Deploy updates (stored procedures and application) to all distributor sites
Creates manual/e-manual for new updates
Provide trainings/refresher for deployed applications
Provide support to the errors and problems encountered in the deployed applications (DPMU, Transaction Queuing, Mybuddy) that was raised via logs, email, calls and text messages
Validate and forward missing POS Materials raised by Distributor to assigned team (Merch team for maintenance)
Extract reports needed through sql scripts
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in IT or equivalent
Fresh Graduate
Working knowledge in SQL
Working knowledge in Visual Studio and able to do windows and web-based applications. Android programming is a plus.
Advance knowledge in excel / OLAP an advantage
Good analytical skills
Able to work with minimal supervision
Able to work under pressure
Flexible in working alone and as a team
Good time management to meet expected deadlines
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice IT and Software Information Technology / IT 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
