Job Summary: We are looking for a Junior Product Designer based in the Philippines (being close to Manilla is an advantage). You will support our Senior Product Designer in creating and updating product designs, and suggesting UI and UX improvements. Maintain our design system and keep researching and improving your knowledge of UI and UX to ensure our platform is one of the best designed in the space. Responsibilities: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to bring design ideas to life. Update existing details in Figma based on feedback. Design user interfaces that are intuitive, easy to use, and visually appealing. Communication and collaboration working with developers to implement designs. Maintain and update design systems and style guides. Maintain user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design standards. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Experience Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in product design preferably in software as a service application. Understanding of user-centered design principles. Experience using Figma. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
