Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for organizing the day-to-day operations of the Fuel Marking Analyst Operations and assist the OGC Director and Laboratory Manager on site in the controlling function of all Analyst
Ensure that deadlines must be met, check progress and ensure everything is on schedule to meet the customers' expectations in terms of scheduling all FM Analyst on their assigned locations.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Keeps track of the overall performance of the team with regards to the operational objectives, plans and KPIs.
Drive and motivate the team to ensure optimum performance that encourages staff development and succession planning
Monitors and approves man-hours including but not limited to overtime, leaves and manpower allocation.
Ensures that all FM Analyst completed and finished their job assignment.
Do assigned task to the highest standard of ethics in accordance with the SGS Statement of integrity.
Ensures compliance to the group and national policies including but not limited to the maintenance of the
o Management System
Attends to clients' queries, claims and complaints including commendations. In the event of claims and complaints, conduct investigation and submit corresponding reports.
Ensures that all FM Analyst reports documents are properly checked prior submission for finalization up to submission to the client and ensure timeliness of submission.
To supervise the Fuel Marking Analyst (Field and Stationary)
To oversee Field Testing Operations and Operations staff to support the Operations Manager
Liaison with Gov't. Field Inspections Unit and LGUs
Supervise (supplies procurement and inventory, records keeping, accommodation, etc.)
Qualifications
Experience/Technical Knowledge
Education: Registered Chemist
Experience: 2-3 years supervisory experience (preferably with leadership role: Supervisory or Team Lead)
