Responsibilities:
Be part of a support team, communicating well with other department.
Network Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Implement and troubleshoot firewall, router and switch
Monitor alerts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate hardware replacements and carrier / supplier issues.
Document network infrastructures and ensure standards are being implemented.
Prepares the analysis of the security, capacity and reliability of the network infrastructure.
Research, plans, designs, implements and improve network systems.
Requirements:
• Graduate of BS Information Technology or Electrical Engineering course
• Preferable to have knowledge in supporting IT infrastructure, Linux/Unix platform, LAN/WAN configuration to include working with routers and switches, advanced hardware & possess strong work ethics.
• Preferably an out of the box thinker and a willingness to learn.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule
• Willing to work from home or work from office
• Must provide your own internet connection and PC / laptop during work from home set-up.
• Must provide your skype account.
• CCNA certification is a plus.
