We are currently looking for a Junior Media Analyst is the one who will assist with the production of high quality and insightful media analysis and research.
Job Requirements:
Consistent productivity and quality outputs
Proactively work to improve the format, style and depth of analysis reports
Analyse data accurately using best practice methods
Provide high level interpretation of data in reports and presentations
Interpret and meet the client’s brief
Employ appropriate methodology for analysis of data
Write findings in a coherent, structured and concise style.
Conceptualize effective and appropriate data display options
Works with analysts to develop strategic Project Brief to the findings presented in insight and analysis reports
Contribute to a high number of quantitative and qualitative reports without sacrificing quality and/or insight
Proactively seek more efficient processes in order to increase capacity
Completes all tasks in required time and demonstrates ability to take on additional reports
Assists others with workload when required
Manage projects effectively in order to meet client deadlines and to allow for collaboration/review.
Manage tasks in order to meet client delivery deadlines
Observe processes that are required to engage various stakeholders, ie. any booking protocols required
Create and maintain documentation that relates to each project
Escalate problems or issues appropriately, and in a timely manner.
Communicate any delays to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner
Plan tasks to allow for collaboration with other team members and management
Develop strong relationships with clients and sales teams.
Provides excellent customer service to all clients
Builds strong relationships with clients through report services, presentations and client meetings (where appropriate)
Proactively seeks to improve the client experience
Build strong working relationships with relevant sales team members.
Support sales with client retention and customized solutions where appropriate
Make a positive contribution to the Insights team and Isentia.
Contribute to team projects and product development teams (where applicable)
Connect with Insights and wider business on Salesforce Chatter
Share information and knowledge with the wider team
Collaborate with team members to improve Insights products and processes
Job Qualifications:
Candidates must be a College Graduate of Bachelor in Mass Communication, Broadcast Communication, Journalism, Research, Market Research, Statistic, Business Administration, or any related courses.
Has 2 years or more experience in news and current affairs, and is knowledgeable of the Philippine media landscape.
Knowledgeable in data interpretation, excellent corporate writing style, grammatical skills, analytical ability, knowledge in research techniques, and project management.
Knowledgeable in Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel. Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Analysis tools. Ability to adapt to new technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English language.
