Handle and manage civil, criminal and administrative cases referred to the Legal Department
Draft/ prepare/review pleadings, affidavits, legal opinions, legal correspondences, corporate documents, contracts, deeds, and other legal documents
Investigate legal issues and research on public and private records, to ensure that all material and relevant information are obtained
Coordinate with portfolio companies and other support teams and departments on legal and operational matters
Handle corporate secretarial work for, and organize, board meetings
Monitor and liaise with external law firms and other legal service providers on matters referred to them for handling
