We currently offer work-from-home (WFH) arrangements, until the quarantine is fully lifted and we are ready to move back to our office in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. You must be WFH-capable with a strong internet connection.

In this position, you will be assigned to our client, an innovative, fast-growing, founder-run, fast food business that opened in 2006. Today, the company operates over 125 restaurants around Australia and in 3 international markets, serving Mexican cuisine.

Responsibilities
In this role, your duties include:
Managing new restaurant openings
Coordinating milestones with internal and external stakeholders
Placing vendor applications and orders
Coordinating hardware deliveries
Managing deployment activities
Defining responsibilities and coordinating milestones with delivery teams
Coordinating UAT and go-live activities
Managing a knowledge base on new IT systems
Preparing hardware quotes for restaurants
Tracking the status of individual project deliverables & interdependencies
Preparing IT announcements for network communication
Providing project support to other IT projects:
Defining requirements and deliverables
Creating and maintaining detailed project plans
Coordinating tasks, assign appropriate resources and ensure task completion
Identifying and escalating risks, threats, or opportunities that could impact the project
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must have:
Experience working in a similar role and similar industry
Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple projects at once using different methodologies.
Degree in IT or related field
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical requirements into layman's terms in a clear and patient manner
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Digital (app, web, delivery) or restaurant (point of sales, T&A, Payroll, Inventory) experience, preferably
