The job holder contributes to the growth and profitability of the company by handling important and oftentimes confidential documents and information that he/she must process in order to provide fast but accurate inputs to the evaluation of companies for possible investing, M&A, or divestment transactions, or same fast but accurate inputs to requisite documents in capital raising exercises by fulfilling the following key result areas:
• Research
• Financial Analysis
• Due Diligence
• Reports and Documentation
• Underwriting
Job Specification
Educational Requirement : College degree with major in Finance, Management, or any course with strong background in Finance, Accounting, and Business.
Certification(s)/License(s) :
Experience : Fresh graduate with at least above-average scholastic records
Competency and Behavioral Requirements : Proficient in Microsoft Office, good oral and written communication skills, good time management skills, not fazed with deadlines, responsible, open to constructive criticisms, high sense of integrity, pleasant disposition, and good interpersonal relations.
Physical Effort : Minimal Physical Effort; Occasional field work involved.
