About the role
The Junior Industrial Engineer will handle Sensors Capacity and OEE Continuous Improvement.
What you will do
Sensors Capacity to support analyzing capacities and other requirements
Drives OEE improvement as support as continuous KPI
Responsible for Sensors capacity assessments and what-ifs scenarios inclusive all major areas and support stations
Responsible on supporting P&B run thru provision of data to Finance
Updates Sensors UPH, capacity profile/model
Cost comparison study
Initiate and support Man-machines capacity study
What you will need
Candidate must possess at least BS in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required for this position specialized in Industrial Engineering in a manufacturing company (preferably from a semicon company)
Excellent communication skills both in written and oral
Experience with different IE tools, i.e. Time study, process and motion analysis to optimize process, MS office and expense analysis, plan layout, establishing working standards
Knowledgeable in Lean manufacturing practices and tools
Advantage with experience on conducting Kaizen workshops and actual applications on Lean Manufacturing
