Job Description
Responsible for managing a range of contractor needs from answering general questions to assisting with the resolution of issues experienced during a contractor's time of employment. Includes administrating a Contractor Appreciation program to reward/recognize our contractors for their commitment to our company.
DUTIES
The job includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
Act as a liaison between departments and contract employees.
Promptly handle incoming calls, texts, and emails from contractors to answer questions and educate them on their employment details where applicable.
Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, timesheet errors, time portal issues, pay errors, HR support, insurance questions, and workplace issues.
Contact contractors during points of their employment for feedback and to keep communication line open.
Request feedback from every contractor after completion of onboarding as well as throughout their assignment and request an exit interview upon assignment completion. Receive and record feedback from contractors in the company system.
Qualifications
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Maintaining record of all communication with contractors
2. Establishing an open line of communication and constant attention to contractor's inquiries and requests
3. When necessary, inform supervisor of any situation that may require more attention from a contractor
4. Ability to prioritize, manage time and work well in a team environment.

This job requires solid understanding of Microsoft Office and Office 365
