Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College degree holder, Major in Accounting/Finance, Business Studies/Administration Management, or other equivalents.
At least 1year of work experience as an HR Payroll Staff
Have excellent communication skills written and oral.
Must be a Computer-literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Able to communicate within different levels of the organization.
Willing to work in Katipunan Quezon City
Can start ASAP
Job Summary:
Collecting and verifying timesheets.
Entering employee information and payroll data into the system.
Issuing statements detailing earnings and deductions.
Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies.
Maintaining and updating payroll records.
Preparing periodic payroll reports.
Prepare payroll worksheet, encode DTR and Governmental Benefits)
Completion & generation of ITR (2316), Exemption, Withholding tax, and Alpha list
Preparation of Employees clearance (computation of Back Pay)
End to end payroll process
May be assigned to any related task from time to time by superior/s.
