Role Overview
Aids the senior controller in relation to direction and coordination of finance activities within operations
Supervision of financial operations from bid to cash collection
Assists in the preparation, analysis and submission of periodic financial results of operations
Coordinates closely with operations management in order to attain financial targets
Assists in the formulation, evaluation, review and preparation of budget and forecast assumptions in close coordination with operations
Assists in monitoring profitability, cost controlling and project management
Analyses variances versus budget/forecast and provides guidance and measures to close the gap, if any
Assists in deriving fully loaded costs of FTEs for bid management purposes
Supports Service Delivery Managers and Tower Services Managers on the day to day needs of the accounts
Audit schedule preparation, analysis and reconciliations
Assists in the calculation of deferred tax/annual tax on a quarter/annual basis
Assists in the preparation, completion and submission of audited financial statement
Responsibilities:
Assists in contract management, including preparation of Intercompany Service Delivery Contract, service orders, and change orders (Change Control Notes), as applicable, and assists in escalation management, if any.
Rate calculation, including data gathering, validation, impact analyses down to approval process
Validation of billing data, ensuring minimal disputes and timely cash collection
Project management to ensure costs are recovered, and/or reimbursed; revenues are accrued whenever rendered
Cost are monitored and booked on a periodic basis, recognized in the correct ledgers and accounts and in line with budget/forecast
Capex monitoring and controlling, in line with budget/forecast
Assists in preparation of budget/forecast assumptions, including impact and comparative analysis
Assists in the preparation and submission of group and tower reports
Provides guidance/consultations with operations management in the interpretation of financial information
Reviews and analyze financial statement balances to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines

Ad-hoc reports that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA preferred
Proficient in MS office applications
With good working knowledge of SAP
Must have 5 - 6 years of relevant experience within the same industry
Very good oral and written communication skills
Resourceful, highly analytical, detail oriented and organized
Works with very minimal supervision and is highly dependable
Good leadership and decision-making skills
Very good knowledge in general accounting
With external audit exposure specific to preparation of audited financial statements
