Description
• Functions : Schedules, assigns and directs work; conducts interviews; hires and orients new employees; oversees or conducts training; coaches; evaluates and appraises; addresses complaints and resolves problems; takes disciplinary action; and ensures quality of work of her subordinates.
• Plans, instructs, and organizes the activities of accounting functions.
• Records and analyzes different accounting and cost procedures and controls related to assigned tasks.
• Prepares and/or gives directions to prepare special statistical reports, detailed cost accounting information.
• Interprets various accounts related data, analyzes financial reports and recommends and/or initiates the necessary actions to be taken.
• Verifies accuracy of data and data processing of accounting related information.
• Has full responsibility for accounts payable systems and prepaid orders, including receipt of invoices, reviewing for approvals and account numbers requesting checks or processing interdepartmental transfers and invoice cancellation.
• Has total responsibility for items billed and accounts receivable, including invoice mailing, cash receipts and financial statements etc.
• Prepares important journal entries or checks those prepared by others.
• Assists with important accounting projects.
• Prepares summary reports of accounts activities
• Reconciles budget and expense statements with accounts of different departments.
• Coordinates closely with the external auditor in the preparation of Financial Statements.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Accounting Software
