Check Contract Documents for Bidding
Check Quotation of various contractors
Ensures that Contractors are on schedule
Check Contractor's Billings vs Accomplishments
Site Visit as needed.
Prepare MRs for the construction need.
Technical Assistance to the President.
Other tasks as needed
