Position: Junior Data Analyst
Work Hours: M - F EST flexible, overlapping in some days
Holidays: TBD
Pay Range: 900 - 1800USD / month
We are seeking a data analyst to assist our Chief of Staff in identifying new markets. This person will:
Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion from our third party software companies that supply physician data.
Responsibilities:
Identify independent cardiology practices and regional health systems through a manual search
Research physician websites and practices to gather information on size, location, and partner hospitals
Assist with initial outreach to practice and hospitals
Coordinate with different departmental teams to improve productivity
Test business processes and recommend improvements
Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories
Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation
Identify automation opportunities
Create reports, and dashboards, and maintain databases of each region.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst
Proficiency in using Data Visualization Platform like Tableau, Power BI or Qlik
Experience as a Data Analyst in sales
Proficiency in using Excel, Google Sheets
Good communication and written skills
